Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

I used to come to this location all the time- prices were a little high but the quality was good and I always received great customer service. However today I went, and was shocked in a bad way at how much this business has declined. The employees were very kind, but that’s pretty much the only positive thing I had to say. Prices have gone up drastically- $20-30 for a single wash. Not only that, after paying $20, my car was still filthy. That’s insane. It seems like they’re trying to strongarm you into their membership and I’m disinterested, especially with how dirty my car still was, so I’m just gonna find somewhere else.

First time here asked for “no touch wash” and got told that they can do that, after seeing the brushes of the car wash clearly touch my car it scratches the paint. Was not told that they don’t offer a “touch-less” wash which I wish they would have informed me of beforehand, was not pleased to find afterwards, still believe it has potential. Make sure the message of the kind of wash people want reaches all employees working the wash and they inform customers of all details before they enter.

These guys tools wonderful care of me, I came by for a quick wash and they had my vehicle looking mint in a matter of like 2 mins. It was amazing. These guys took awesome care of me and with the free amenities I was able to finish up everything I needed to on the car. Absolutely stellar service today.

This car wash is generally very good, and I am a regular subscriber. However, today most of the machines were not working, which was a bit disappointing. This has happened a few times before. I hope the management can continue to monitor and maintain the equipment so the location stays at the high standard we are used to.”

I paid the amount that you should to receive what you should just a few minutes ago for the 21 dollar wash and dry but sadly the machine when it is supposed to dry your front window and top of your car it didn’t dry it leaving water dripping all over the top and front, I went to the young lady and told her then I went to the other young lady that is supposedly a manager and she told me that she understood that if I would give it another chance and it didn’t work again she would give me a partial refund as I had asked for. Well I did and it happened again so I went to her again and I even told her she could get in my car if she wanted to see or her own car, lo and behold it did it to her car but instead of doing as we had agreed she told me she couldn’t do anything about it since she has no ability to refund or do anything. She then said I could come another time when I had told her I was here for two days only and that the manager that can do something would be here tomorrow until 3 when I have no ability to be here at that time, and all she said was I can’t do anything even when I told her how she had said she would. If you want a real car wash I would not come here I would go els
